Welcome to the Student Ambassador Exchange Host Family Application Form. Your privacy is very important to us. All information submitted in this application will be kept confidential. *The income data collected will be used solely for the purposes of determining that the basic needs of the exchange student can be met, including three quality meals and transportation to and from school activities. *SAE is required to run background checks on any individuals over the age of 18 living in the home with the exchange student. *This Host Family Application is for families interested in hosting on a volunteer basis. Monetary compensation is not offered for the students listed.Thank you for your understanding.
